My son was told yesterday he was ‘not needed’ today as they had enough players. I said he deserved a better explanation and was told they felt that when he and another player were on it weakened the team and that he felt my son d struggling in the team. He has a win at all cost mentality and refuses to give out MOTM awards if he thinks they haven’t played well. It’s toxic and I’m heartbroken for my son as it happened in his old team and coaches are killing his passion. He used to want to go out and play all the time and now he just doesn’t want to even play it at home.
