Delivery & Returns
How and when your order arrives, and how to return it if you need to.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Standard delivery is 3-5 working days and costs from £1.99, and we never charge more than £12 however large the order. Delivery is free on orders over £100, though sale items do not count towards that total. Personalised items take longer as they're made to order.
How long it takes
Stock items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of your order. Items we do not hold in stock are called off from the manufacturer, so they can take longer, and printing or embroidery adds to the turnaround. If there is any issue with availability we will tell you as quickly as we can.
Returns
Unused items can be returned within 30 days. Personalised items can't be returned unless faulty.

Contact us with your order number and photos and we'll put it right.
