How much do you get paid??
I’m not sure you will post this but will send anyway.

I am the girls co-ordinator for X Girls football club, I have been in this position for 3 seasons now, I get asked how much I get paid, as all the grass roots coaches know we do this for the love of the game not the money. My reward is seeing that player score her first goal or the team winning their first game, money cannot buy the satisfaction I see in their faces in these instances. I do not criticise coaches styles or ethos but maybe sometimes win,win,win does not propel the players to what that can achieve, all players develop at different levels and with our support can maybe one day achieve what they believe.
