WSF Your First Kit – Competition Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the WSF Your First Kit competition (the “Competition”). By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- PROMOTER
1.1 The Competition is organised and administered by Grassroots Football Limited trading as Teamgrassroots (“Teamgrassroots”) in partnership with Wembley Stadium Foundation (together referred to as the “Promoters”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2 The Competition is governed by these Terms and Conditions together with our Website Terms and Privacy Policy, available at:
1.3 We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Competition and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary to do so.
- THE COMPETITION
2.1 The name of the Competition is “WSF Your First Kit”.
2.2 The purpose of the Competition is to support grassroots football teams and clubs by providing selected applicants with free football kits.
2.3 The Competition is intended exclusively for grassroots and non-professional football teams based within the United Kingdom.
2.4 Football kits supplied as part of this Competition are provided courtesy of Wembley Stadium Foundation.
2.5 Selection of successful applicants will be made based upon the information provided within the application process and any other criteria reasonably determined by the Promoters.
- COMPETITION PERIOD
3.1 The Competition opens on 5 June 2026 (“Opening Date”).
3.2 All entries must be received no later than 11:59pm (BST) on 26 June 2026 or such later date as may be specified within our official promotional materials (“Closing Date”).
3.3 Entries received after the Closing Date may not be accepted and shall be invalid at our sole discretion.
- HOW TO ENTER
4.1 Entries must be submitted through the official online application form available at:
4.2 Entries submitted via direct message, social media comment, post, telephone or any other method not expressly authorised by the Promoters shall not constitute a valid entry.
4.3 No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the Competition.
4.4 Entrants may submit more than one application, provided each application relates to a genuine eligible team, club or organisation.
4.5 We reserve the right to reject, refuse or remove any entry at our absolute discretion.
4.6 Entrants may be required to provide supporting information, documentation and/or evidence in connection with their application.
4.7 By entering the Competition, entrants confirm that:
- a) they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
b) all information submitted is accurate and complete; and
c) they agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4.8 We accept no responsibility for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, misdirected or otherwise not successfully submitted due to technical malfunction, systems failure, internet issues or any event outside our reasonable control.
- ELIGIBILITY
5.1 The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
5.2 The following persons are not eligible to enter:
- a) employees, officers or contractors of Teamgrassroots, Wembley Stadium Foundation or any associated group company;
- b) any party directly involved in the administration or operation of the Competition, including suppliers, agencies or promotional partners; and
- c) immediate family members or household members of any person listed above.
5.3 By entering the Competition, entrants confirm they are eligible to participate and claim any applicable prize.
5.4 We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any stage of the Competition.
5.5 We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit, intention or fair operation of the Competition.
- PRIZES
6.1 Successful applicants will receive football kit allocations as determined by the Promoters.
6.2 The quantity, specification and allocation of football kits may vary between recipients and may be subject to availability.
6.3 All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative shall be offered.
6.4 We reserve the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary.
6.5 Whilst reasonable efforts will be made to arrange delivery within a reasonable timeframe, we make no guarantee regarding delivery dates or successful delivery.
6.6 In the event of failed delivery due to inaccurate information supplied by the entrant or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we shall have no obligation to resend or replace any prize.
6.7 Additional terms and conditions imposed by third-party suppliers or manufacturers may apply to prizes.
- WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
7.1 Successful applicants will be selected by Teamgrassroots based on criteria including, but not limited to:
- club or team need;
- participation levels;
- community impact;
- application quality; and
- any other factors deemed relevant by the Promoters.
7.2 The Promoters’ decision is final and binding. No correspondence or discussion relating to the outcome of the Competition shall be entered into.
7.3 Successful entrants may be contacted by telephone, email or social media using the contact details supplied within their application.
7.4 Where a successful entrant fails to respond within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the allocation and select an alternative recipient.
7.5 We reserve the right to verify all information submitted prior to confirming any allocation.
- PUBLICITY
8.1 By entering the Competition, entrants agree that Teamgrassroots and Wembley Stadium Foundation may use the entrant’s club name, team name, submitted content, photographs, videos and related materials for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8.3 Notwithstanding Clause 8.2, we may still be required to disclose certain information to regulatory authorities, including the Advertising Standards Authority, where legally required.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 All intellectual property rights relating to the Competition and associated promotional materials belong to or are licensed to the Promoters.
9.2 By submitting an entry, entrants grant the Promoters a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish and display submitted materials for promotional and commercial purposes.
9.3 Entrants warrant that:
- a) all submitted content is original and lawful;
- b) submitted content does not infringe the rights of any third party;
- c) all necessary permissions and consents have been obtained; and
- d) submitted content is not defamatory, offensive, unlawful or inappropriate.
- LIABILITY
10.1 Nothing within these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for:
- a) death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- c) any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
10.2 Subject to Clause 10.1, the Promoters shall not be liable for:
- a) any indirect, consequential or economic loss;
- b) loss arising from technical failures or website interruptions;
- c) failed or delayed entries;
- d) loss, damage or delay relating to prize delivery; or
- e) any third-party acts or omissions connected with the Competition.
10.3 Entrants access external links and third-party websites entirely at their own risk.
- DATA PROTECTION
11.1 Personal data supplied during the Competition will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.
11.2 Personal data will only be used for the purposes of administering the Competition, communicating with entrants and related promotional activity where consent has been provided or another lawful basis applies.
- GENERAL
12.1 We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
12.2 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.3 Failure by the Promoters to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12.5 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from the Competition.
